Things are progressing on the construction site!
The two new residential storeys in timber frame construction on an existing office and warehouse building from the 1960s in Darwinstraße in Berlin Charlottenburg have already been completed. On the courtyard side, there will be an additional new side wing.
The project impressively shows that new residential construction is also possible on existing buildings with other uses, and that land potential can thus be sustainably raised for the urgently needed new residential construction in Berlin.
